Stands, truss and tabletop
All screens come on our own free-standing stands — no drilling or fixing into your stand walls. Tell us your layout and we'll recommend the cleanest option.
Floor stand / trolley
Free-standing 1.8m stands with laptop shelf. Fast to position anywhere on your stand.
Truss mount or totem
Screens mounted on truss uprights or a totem for height and a clean, built-in look.
Black totem
Single upright wrapped in a black fabric cover on a black base plate — hides the truss for a clean, premium look that suits any stand.
My own VESA bracket
Already have a VESA wall or panel bracket installed on your stand? We can hang the screen on it. We don't drill or fix into stand walls.

Desk and counter stands for check-in, registration and product demos.
Exhibiting in Brisbane or the Gold Coast?
Don't freight screens across the country. We'll have them mounted, powered and playing your content before you land.

TV hire questions
Is delivery included?+
Yes. Prices include delivery, setup, testing and pack-down in Brisbane metro. Gold Coast delivery is +$120. Extra hire days are charged at 50% of the first-day rate.
Can I hire for a multi-day expo?+
Yes. Most expo hires run two to four days. We set up at bump-in and collect after close on the final day.
How do I play my content?+
Load a video or image loop onto a USB and the screen plays it on repeat, or connect your own laptop via HDMI — both included. If you need us to supply a media player or laptop, that is an add-on we will include in your quote. Tell us the format and we will test it on setup.
Can you deliver to BCEC, RICC and Gold Coast venues?+
Yes. We work with venue loading docks and organiser bump-in schedules. Some venues, including GCCEC, require approval for external AV suppliers — we will check this with you when quoting.
What if I need screens today?+
Call 0410 865 817. Same-day and emergency hire is subject to availability and attracts a call-out fee from $250.
Do you need a deposit?+
We confirm your booking on acceptance of the quote. Business clients can pay by invoice; purchase orders are accepted.
